All merchandise leaves our facilities in perfect condition. Should any item that is received be damaged or lost during transit, please email or call us immediately. Delivery: Nica Oro, LLC offers direct delivery to Retail Clients within a 100 mile radius of our Fort Pierce, Florida warehouse location. Nica pro LLC charges $50.00 flat rate for delivery or any orders that are manageable by our delivery ability. Nica pro LLC reserves the right to not offer delivery for any order.

Nica Oro, LLC will honor any returns or exchanges within reason on a case by case basis by issuing an equal value of Store Credit. Store Credit can be immediately used on other items for sale.

Call tags are issues by Nica Oro, LLC on a case by case basis. If a call tag is issued Nica pro LLC will send directly to the client the necessary documentation and labeling for the client to return their goods, excluding any packaging required for shipment. Nica Oro, LLC reserves the right to charge any Retailer Account clients a restocking fee for various reasons. If an order is not paid, returned without manufacturer fault, or any additional reason, Nica Oro, LLC charges a 10% Restocking Fee billed to clients Retailer Accounts.

Nica Oro, LLC only sells brands, marks, and other manufacturer products with a licensed agreement between Nica Oro, LLC and the respective party. Nica Oro, LLC is an exclusive distributor of the brands for sale and seen in this website.
